Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. We also run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

For orders stocked in one of our warehouses, they will take around 3-10 business days to arrive. For products that are coming from our international warehouses, it can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Our warehouses are stocked with a wide selection of products, however, in the event that the warehouse nearest to you is out of stock, we ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. This ensures that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, regardless of their location.

Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to an on-demand manufacturing timeline. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship.

Please understand that if we are back-ordered on production, we will get to your order in queue. Our products are in demand and we're a small production team. We don't cut corners on production quality.

We provide free worldwide shippingfor all orders above $100 Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Please note - Heavy and Fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping over $100.

Returns

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

Made to order items like Moss Art and Wall Panels, and Furniture refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.

There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Cozy Parlor does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product. 

If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.

Other

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs. These charges are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.

Once production has started, it is not possible to cancel items that are made to order. This policy applies to a variety of products, such as wall panels, furniture items, moss art, and any other items that are created specifically for a customer's order. Our team is small and invests a significant amount of time and resources in producing and sourcing these items, making it difficult to cancel orders once production has commenced.

We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy in order to get refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
